Shipping / Insurance
If paying by PayPal:
It is our policy that for any items to be paid by PayPal, shipping will be to PayPal confirmed addresses only. This in turn provides all involved the full protection offered by PayPal when using its service.
International Orders:
All international orders will be shipped in compliance with USPS postal regulations and customs. Orders placed for an item that cannot be shipped due to postal and/or customs limitations will be canceled and you will be promptly notified via e-mail of the action take and reason for the cancellation.
When will my item be shipped?
Once we've received payment on your purchase, your package will generally be shipped the next business day. Our scheduling demands occasionally get in the way of our Next Day policy, barring any natural disasters or inclement weather that makes travel to the shipping facility dangerous or impossible, but beyond that, our priority and commitment is to you, our customers. Once your package is on its way, we will also email you so that you can know when to anticipate its arrival.
What shipping service is used?
In almost all instances, we ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery conformation to both domestic and foreign addresses.
What about insurance?
Since some of the items we sell are fragile, and because we cannot control how packages are handled while in transit, insurance is required on all shipments at or exceeding $50 in value.
Shipping and insurance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
From quality photos and thorough descriptions, we want to make sure you know what to expect. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund the full purchase price of the item plus shipping and insurance. Purchaser must pay return postage and insurance. The original item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped, preferably in its original packaging. Once the returned item has been received and verified, a refund payment will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
